At Claymore Brothers we want all of our customers to feel great in our garments. That is why our Alteration and Return policy is designed with you and your needs in mind.
If you are not comfortable with the fit of your garment please contact email@example.com with pictures of you with your garment which display and identify issues. Our customer specialists will contact you shortly to determine the best course of action. We provide up to $60 in alteration credit per order. An order will include all items assigned to an order number. Two piece suits will provided a $50 credit, three piece suit will be provided a $60 credit, a jacket order will be provided a $25 credit and a pant, vest or shirt order will be provided a $10 credit.
Once alterations are approved by our customer specialist, you may take your garment for alteration at your local tailor. Please provide a copy of your receipt from the local tailor (clearly indicate/note your Claymore Brothers order number on it). Once the receipt is received you will be refunded the amount to your credit card.
If a local tailor is not able to alter your garment please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a remake. Please provide pictures and an invoice/statement from your local tailor stating the inability to alter the garment. If it is determined that your garment cannot be altered locally then we will request that you ship your garment to the address provided to you. Once your unworn and undamaged garment is returned to us we will ship you your remade garment. Please note that we reserve the right to assign you a local tailor of our choice for the alterations determination. We also reserve the right to refuse a remake for any garment that is assessed to be alterable locally. The customer is responsible for shipping. A remake must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
Claymore Brothers provides a modern bespoke experience. Your suit, is made just for you based on your measurements, choice of fabrics and customizations. Please note that we don’t offer refunds as fabric is cut based on your measurements and your customizations. If there is any issue with the quality or fabrication of your garments, you can return them for a store credit.

Returns are at the sole discretion of Claymore Brothers, and will be reimbursed in the form of a store credit.
Claymore Brothers will only accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition.
Claymore Brothers has the right to deny reimbursement for an item that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.
Claymore Brothers will not accept items that have been altered or adjusted in any way.
Any items returned to Claymore Brothers that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client without reimbursement.
